Reception Volunteers Needed Following Fr. Beeman's First Mass on June 8
Reception Volunteers Needed to Serve Refreshments after the 8:30am Mass for Fr. Joseph Tapia Beeman's First Mass. Loving hearts and willing hands required to serve small refreshments and drinks to welcome Fr. Joseph and guests.
Set- up food before Mass (7:30am to 8:15am): 6 people
Serving Finger Food at 2 different food stations (9:15am to 11:30am): 1 Hour shifts:30 people
Clean-up Crew (many hands make light the work): 11:30am to 1pm: 8 people
