Please complete a 
Background check and take a Safe Environment class.  
You are 18 years or older

• work with children, or 
• vulnerable adults, or 
• have a church master key. 

Background Check only

• Money counters 
• Ushers

Every 3 years you will receive an email to update your Background Check and take a short online class.
