Sacraments - Baptism for Children & Becoming Catholic

This program is for children who are 6 years and older, who need baptism or are considering becoming Catholic.  It usually takes 2 years for them to prepare for their sacrament(s) and this preparation is often very customized.

The children each have their own faith journey. We provide them with clear church teaching, community experiences, and prayer. Since this is usually a smaller group, we often overlap their classes with the programs of other children their age. That way they become more connected with the larger community of St. Stephens' children.

To get started: 
Contact us any time during the school year. We will setup a plan for your child's sacraments.
Follow the directions below: 

Children 5 years and Under:  Use the Infant Baptism preparation for parents. For this program, click HERE. 

1st Graders: Register for K-5th Grade Faith Formation (Click HERE) then contact our office so we can quickly set up a plan. 

2nd through 5th Graders:  Register for K-5th Grade Faith Formation. (Click HERE.) Your child's preparation will take approximately 2 school years and they will be prepared to receive Baptism, Eucharist, Confirmation, and then Reconciliation.
